Am I weird?

So I've been through quite a lot in my short 16 years and a couple of months ago my parents took me to an animal rescue centre and I fell in love with this one cat, and I was allowed to take him home. I care for him by myself and honestly I feel like he's helped me through so much. I recently lost all of my friends because they were making fun of my bond with Floyd (Floyd is my cat). Apparently I'm weird and obsessed. I really really love my cat and worry now that I'm a freak. I'm even scared to take a photo of him.
