I need ideas ladies!

This is my first pregnancy and I’m in the military stationed across the country from my family. I have always want to do a cute pregnancy announcement for them! I have 3 sisters and a brother and of course my mom. My brother already knows so he can help me out since I’m so far away. I won’t be telling them until my first ultrasound (and it’s killing me!). I was thinking cute “aunt” shirts for my sisters in a box, with an ultrasound picture but I know my mom would not wear a “grandma” shirt because she wouldn’t want anyone knowing she’s a “grandma” because that would make her feel old 🙄 (she’s one of those “I’m not a regular mom, I’m a cool mom” types lol)
