NEED SUGGESTIONS
My hubby is wanting to lose weight. He is 5'8 190lb. His BIGGEST and unfortunate hurdle is that he is allergic to MOST raw veggies and fruit 😔
I want to help him, but its so little I can do already. We already cut down on meat and what he intakes most are fish/ chicken/turkey, beef very rarely. I want to cut down to 1x each chicken/turkey/fish per 3x a week.
I eat a lot of veggies, eat only seafood Salmon because I've been like that for approx 5-10 years. I never liked meat, and chicken I can tolerate very little if it's crispy (the only way for me, but very little intake). Im pretty petite been like that majority of my life (4'10, 80-90 pre-pregnancy weight and bounced back to it after 2 babies and currently on our #3).
How can I help him out more?
He can eat citrus fruit and bananas, melons, but nothing else. Even fruit without skin he has bad allergies with still, like apples, grapes, strawberries, pears, plum etc ALL the above. Cooked veggies like carrot really bother him.... All raw veggies no go again due to againdue to allergies.
I am just really lost with how to help, even if we cut out bread, grain 😑
