Relocating with Family

Hi! I’m just curious as to the steps anyone has taken to relocate with your family. For instance has anyone ever relocated with your family and found a job once arrived. Or did you transfer jobs and or did you find a job prior to moving got hired then moved. Also how big is your family did you regret moving?
