Over eating and Pep Talks to Diet
I over eat alllllll the time. I will tell myself okay tomorrow your not going to eat until noon. I’m trying to eat just 2 meals a day. I’ve tried every diet. I even have a gym membership I haven’t went to in a while but still pay on it. I do use my fitness pal I’m just not consistent. I need some tips please. I’m almost 200 pounds and I want to be 120 pounds. Also, if anyone has been 200 and got down to 120 or around it I would love to see the before and after a for motivation.
