i’m sorry this may be TMI..
AF isn’t supposed to come until the 20th.. i am only 7dpo. can someone tell me if this is implantation bleeding..

UPDATE: i am no longer spotting but i have pelvic and hip pain on my left side and a dull cramp on and off in the middle of my uterus and my nipples are starting to become tender.
