PLEASE HELP!!!

So I smashed this guy, condom broke, couple hours later I took plan b everything was fine 24 h later I was pissing blood then 2 days after that I started 4 days of what seemed to be my period (same flow, same general length of regular periods) now skip to 3 weeks after the “period?” I still haven’t started my next period after this, it’s been a full month an 3 days since I took the plan b n now I’m just scared that I’m pregnant.

I have taken a pregnancy test that came out negative but I don’t think I peed on it long enough for it to actually work but I’m not sure...
