Implantation or period

Me and my fiance had unprotected sex because i ran out of birtcontrol i had to take plan b. Now glow says my period is due in 7 days but today i started spotting its pink and even though im only spotting im cramping, could this be the plan b or implantation, Nd isnt still to early to test?
