Breana • Had my rainbow on 12.4.19 💕🌈 Miscarried 12.14.18 👼🏼

So ladies, I’ll first start by saying this is my first child, as well as I am NO doctor! But the biggest thing I have come to realize is that nature is SO beautiful, carrying a baby is such an honor that only us as women can do.

-With that being said, I understand we are all worried and anxious and scared things are wrong, we have feelings in our bodies that we’ve never felt before and thoughts that we have never come across before until pregnancy. I just want to give a gentle reminder that pregnancy does many crazy and WEIRD things to our bodies, and it’s ok to just relax and let it happen. Don’t freak out, try to stay calm and remind yourself that this happens to most women in most pregnancies. Now ofcourse if you are in serious pain, or bleeding, or really following your intuition that something is wrong please don’t take this as I am saying don’t call your doctor because THATS WHAT THEY ARE THERE FOR!!!

That’s been the easiest way to handle this baby as my first is to remind myself everyday that sometimes she won’t move constantly because she’s sleeping and sometimes she is in a weird position so it’s uncomfortable. My blood sugar drops when I don’t eat enough, and I do get very lightheaded easily. It’s all NORMAL!

I guess I’m really just here to let you ladies know that it’s ok to wonder, but as women we are reproducing and the body knows what it’s doing! Trust nature! And nobody can do it but us which is amazing in so many ways itself!!! So next time you feel a twinge or a weird pain or just don’t feel good at all, just remember that it’s normal because you are carrying an entire beautiful human being! Be proud! Take the nap! Eat that cupcake! Be lazy! Do what YOU feel you need to do to accommodate the little perfect baby growing inside of you, but do not panic! Pregnancy is weird!!! 💖 still wishing all of a happy and healthy 9 months, and for most of us, remember we are halfway there and then some! 💗
