Pregnant maybe?

I’m not sure if it’s cramping from my period or not. It showed up a day late. But it’s extremely light. I’m concerned I may be pregnant so I took a test. The test came back negative and I actually took a few. It’s not like normal cramps and I’ve been craving lots of sweet fruits and my breast have been hurting to the touch. I took a blood test from the doctors they said it was negative but to just take another test in a few weeks to check again. Help?!
