Did anyone have PPD?
How did you know you had it? Were you self aware of your symptoms?
I’m a SAHM and the past few weeks I feel like when others are talking to me I just zone out because I don’t care, only person I really listen to is my SO. Sometimes I feel like a waste of space. I always feel like my head is heavy and just blah. When I have a lazy day like today I feel like shit I’m not getting much done like errands or even a simple walk. I’ve also started really biting my nails bad again, which always makes me feel like shit after. I don’t have any thoughts of harming myself or my LO, and I love them very much.
Do I call a doctor? Just try to have a more positive mindset? Is this normal as a mom now?
