Friday I had blood work done to check my hcg levels and progesterone. I’ve been going every other day for hcg and it’s been more than doubling every time. This morning my doc called & said my progesterone levels are low and wanted to start me on some. But yesterday I started having some bleeding on and off and spotting and still spotting today. Not a lot prob not even enough to fill one pad. Anyways I’m wondering if my progesterone being low could cause this bleeding or does it sound like a miscarriage? My doc didn’t really say anything she just redid labs today to check on my hcg levels again before I start my progesterone but I’ve seen on here where ladies had low progesterone so wondering what symptoms y’all had? I’ve had two miscarriages before and once I started bleeding it just frequently got heavier and I bled for about a week like a period and this time it is on and off and not bright red like before so I’m hoping that’s not what’s happening again.
