Could I pregnant

I stopped birth control pills aug 3 had my period that last week on the placebo pills, would have been July 28 to aug 3 on the placebo pills, the Saturday of the last of the placebo pills we had unprotected sex. This morning I had discharge with some spotting and I took a test, I know it’s early. But is it possible I could be pregnant
