Implantation bleeding?

Question

I’ve been spotting for the past 5 days and my fiancée and i have had sex almost everyday of my fertile window, I’m supposed to start my period tomorrow but I’ve never spotted like this... like ever lol i took a test today and it was negative... so I called my dr and she said if it is implantation bleeding because of pregnancy it wouldn’t show up on a test yet because i am still spotting? What do you guys think??

I’ve been reading allll night because the day I was suppose to get my period I had something similar but much lighter and then nothing Everything I read said that your HCG levels won’t rise until 2-4 days after implantation is finished. I’d wait 3 days then test with a more sensitive test like first response :)

Maybe? It’s look like there is too much to be implantation but it may be ! I’m not an expert lol
