When trying to conceive over 30 how often do you guys have intercourse ??

Ok I know this sounds silly but I'm 32 and my husband is 39. It's hard for us to get in the mood or just plan don't have the energy. How often do the couples out there over 30 have sex when trying to concieve ?

Lately we've been doing it day in my fertile week. We've been trying for over a year with every other but no success.

When TTC we would bd 2 days before my ovulation day then the following day. This is because you need to make sure the little swimmers are fresh (they die within your guy every 24 hrs). The day before your ovulation day is seriously your most fertile. So making sure you bd that day with a fresh "bunch" skyrockets your chances. That's how we got a BFP the last two times 😌

We try to do every other day during the fertile time. But it's hard. We'd rather do it every day.

I work shifts so sometimes I'm just sooo tired but I really want my BFP and sometimes spesh after a nightshift I just can't be bothered but one touch and ur in the swing of it 😉 I must admit I do have to force myself but it'll be worth it in the end!
