Ttc after depo

So my fiancée and I have been ttc but also not trying for a little over a year now. I was previously on depo for a total of 6 months (2 shots) and I’ve been off of it since last year in February. My first period since going off depo was April 28-May 3 and then I didn’t get it again until August 1st-6. Since this period has ended I’ve been tracking my ovulation in hopes that I will be able to conceive, it will be our first child together and we’ve been together for almost 9 years now. I really wanna have a baby I’m 24 he’s 28. I take prenatals everyday and multivitamins. Has anyone gone through anything similar if so how did you get pregnant, or do you have any tips or suggestions that I could use so we can start our family ??? Please help I’m very confused at this point
