Breastfeeding & protein shakes
Hey mamas!
I am going to attempt breastfeeding my little one when he arrives. But I am also so ready to get back on my healthy track! My normal routine before pregnancy was wake up, take pregnancy workout and water, workout for an hr, come home take a meal replacement shake, and then wat lunch later such as peanut butter toast and fruit. Dinner would be a meat and veggie. Then repeat..... is this going to be ok for breastfeeding or doni need to eat certain things or what not? I need all the tips I can get sonic can hopefully be successful at this breastfeeding thing! Thanks mamas!
