So relieved today as my dr wanted me to repeat the 3 hr glucose test because the first test was high and the starting was at 10 which to them was border line.

Before this second appt watchedbwhat I ate. Drank cinnamon tea which surprisingly my mil said lowers your sugar as she has diabetes..who knew.

So to today my first number was 7, then 6 then 5 all much lower than the first.

The only reason. They wanted me to do repeat was just because of the one number in the first just to be sure.

(I live live in switzerland, they gave me a drink that was more or less lemonade)-much better than flat orange soda that I had with my first. However I did feel sick after the second time doing this but drank lots of water.) they said they could have as much water as I wanted
