Been seeing a fertility doctor. Progesterone has always been low but this months its 34.9. Period is due in 7 days.... has anyone experienced this?

I’ve been going to a fertility doctor for 6 months and taking femera and no luck so far. Progesterone has always been on the low side but this month there has been a huge spike in it and my period is due in 7 days.
