How do you know when boneless chicken breast is don't cooking!?

How long should it stay in the oven..30 minutes?

It depends on how thick the chicken is. Also what temp your oven is. When the juices run clear and there is no pink on the inside you know its sone. (Usually for my chicken i bake it at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.)

I swear it never fails at 350 for 40 min. Big or small any breast cooks in that time.

Should be cooked to internal temp of 160. Get a thermometer.
