When you get a tattoo in private areas like (between boobs/close to butt) does the artist do them in a private room or infront of other artist/customers?

Just a curiosity because I don’t like to be stared at and exposed in front of others

It depends on the shops. All the ones I’ve been to have had the option of a privacy curtain and some have private rooms. They’ll also tape like a paper sheet over your bits if you prefer to be covered.

The shop I go to uses privacy screens. Also you can ask to have it done on an off day (it might cost a bit more) so there’s less people there

I would find ones that do private rooms and work your way to finding an artist you vibe well with and does the work you’re looking for. That’s just me though lol

Mine was in a private room. He had his own room. I think it depends on what area the artist usually tattoos in. Some artists do put up curtains too, to cover you up.
