Looks like a vvvfl to me! An evap wouldn't show that quick. All my evaps didn't show until hours later on pink dye tests. Request in a couple of days and it should be darker!

Them test are till only 3 mins I think that would be past time frame

Aren't those test the 3 minute time frame ? If so, then it's an inaccurate reading
