I need help.

Ok so I never have been touched but I have clear signs of it. When I was about 7 there would be times that I would wake up naked but I went to sleep with clothes on. And I’m a heavy sleeper so idk if I just didn’t wake up or I wasn’t. Please I need y’alls opinions.
