My bf and I haven't been able to talk as often because we've both been busy with family vacation and all that. I also recently got a job. Am I overreacting because I just want to talk to him and he keeps brushing me off because he wants to fucking watch a show. Ugh idk anymore, it feels like his show is
 more important than me.

My bf gets like that SOMETIEMS. He needs to make you a priority, but him having a little “me” time once in a while is healthy. Just gauge if it’s happening too much (every night, etc). Or when you’re together if he doesn’t pay attention to you, that’s a red flag.

It depends on how bad it is, if he's never talking to you because of a show, or game or whatever, then that's a huge red flag. I had an ex that rarely texted me and only hung out with me once or twice a month, and he hated calls. I should've left sooner than I did. Just learn to read the flags

my ex was the exact same, I always felt like a bit of a burden whilst messaging him and i would be lucky to get a reply in under 3 hours. You should feel like a priority in a relationship and i know that now, which is why we ended things. It’s not fair on you especially when it gets made out that you are overreacting (that’s what happened to me anyways) x
