Mild Cramping 7 DPO?

Anyone experience mild, period like cramps and breast tenderness 7 DPO? Could this be implantation or normal post ovulation symptoms?

I typically get cramps regardless. I get them if I'm pregnant and if I'm not

I had cramps at 7dpo with my daughter. They were strong enough I used a heating pad with them! I ended up getting a faint positive at 9dpo!
