Confused ...

Hi! I’m starting the process of IVF thinking that something is wrong and it will be an almost guaranteed way of getting pregnant, but I have been doing all the tests, except one (shg) and nothing is wrong with either of us, so far! My question is if I just take some kind of fertility meds used for IVF besides STIMS or trigger, could I possibly just as likely get pregnant naturally? Should I talk to my ob about possible meds I could take or what I should do other than IVF? I don’t know 🤷‍♀️
