Mine look similar. My nipples are very hard, all the time. And very sensitive. Not hard like from it being cold outside or anything. The nipple is just legit hard. My nipples and areolas have been hurts very bad. I've been using palmers cocoa butter lotion, coconut oil and palmers nipple butter

Lol mine were constantly hard from 14dpo until around 7 or 8 weeks pregnant. Im almost 11 weeks now and they r still sore sometimes, but not hard and pointy anymore lol

My sister's did that when she was pregnant. Had to do with the mammary glands filling up.
