WTF is going on?!? 😢

Ok ladies, so I have been rather dry.... downstairs lately! And I can’t figure out why.. I have a Mirena IUD but from what I’ve read it doesn’t make you dry (maybe it’s different on me idk)! I’ve read it could be menopause but I’m 21 soooo probably not! I haven’t been that into having sex with my husband and when I do have sex with him it seems like I’m lightyears away from an orgasm! Can someone please help?!? 😭 is this something I can fix on my own or should I go see my doctor?!
