Post c section workout
Ladies I need to know when you began working out or running after your c section. This was my second c section n I had twins so I’m holding onto a lot more “mommy pouch” then my last two pregnancies. I feel like I’m ready to pick up running again but feel my body is sooo out of wack still. I don’t wanna over due it but I also gotta get my ass back in shape. Also running is a great stress relief for me.
