Back story: hubby and I got pregnant after a couple of months of “trying” only to miscarry at 5 weeks back in February of this year. Since then we have been actively trying to the point of stressing ourselves out and decided this cycle to not track anything and just have fun and relax. Well I’m 5 days before my missed period and I’ve gotten faint positive lines on a cheapie and first response but a negative on a digital. I want to be excited because I know any kind of line is a positive (not something I knew the first time around) but at the same time I don’t want to say anything to my husband until I have that digital positive and I don’t want to tell anyone until I get that confirmation from the doctor. To top it off we leave Friday to go on vacation where I won’t have cell service with some family friends. Do I call my midwife today to get a test done or wait until I get that positive digital? I don’t want to have to wait a whole extra week for confirmation since I miscarried less than a week after finding out the last time.
