Should I be worried or just breathe?!

We haven’t had an ultra sound since 7 weeks... we heard the heart beat at it was 128 at 7 weeks 1 day.. im now 12 weeks and we haven’t made it this far is this my rainbow baby?! 😫😭❤️🌈

I'm sure everything is okay, I didn't get to hear heartbeat at my first ultrasound when I was 12 weeks 5 days, but I did see the heartbeat. It was rough getting through almost the entire first trimester not knowing anything. It'll be okay though, maybe if it would help invest a bit into a doppler so you can hear your babies heartbeat at any time
