Hemorrhoidectomy tmi

So September 21st I had the surgery its been a rough 3 weeks especially when it comes to the bathroom..I had to stop taking my stool softeners and mirlax because it was making puke cause it was Irritating my gallbladder ....now its so hard to use the restroom cause I'm like Constipated so when I do finally go it hurts so bad and I still go every day just once now any advice I will take
