First pp period 18months pp

I wasn’t certain if I had actually ovulated, even though I track my temps and use opks. But I guess I did 🤷🏼‍♀️ and guess what!! AF wanted to make sure I knew it 😂

Since last night I have had this piercing headache. I wake up and go to the bathroom. My panties were clean but when I wiped it looked like a bloody show.

I guess we can actually start counting and trying now.
