Husband is cheating again and again

So my husband has been on a dating app called tagged off and on for I don’t know how long . I caught him on it before talking to women and he said he was sorry and stopped! Caught him again on it a few weeks ago and he said he stopped . Me being a dumb wife I accepted it and tried to work it out again! But I told him this morning I need a break! He still doesn’t feel like he is cheating by doing this and it is a problem for me. He’s very nonchalant about it and I don’t feel any remorse from him! I can’t see how counseling can help someone stop cheating! I can’t take it anymore and I am tired of him making me feel like I’m wrong or I’m tripping or over reacting! He does not love or respect me to constantly hop off and on this app! 10 years gone down the drain 😢 I feel so useless and depressed like why am I not enough !
