Implantation or Mid cycle bleeding

So at 5dpo I wiped and saw blood with slippery discharge; none in my undies or panty liners. Later I started with headaches, nausea, and cramping for about 2 days. Now I’m 10 dpo and nothing. No symptoms at all. Any idea or suggestions? Af start in 4 days
