OB concern?

Should I be concerned that my OBGYN never comments on my weight (loss, but I’m only 16 weeks) OR tests my urine?

The weight no. The urine yes because mine gets tested every monthly appt.

When I was pregnant with my son I was diagnosed with Hyper emesis when I was about 5 months along. I had lost 26 pounds and they didn’t say anything until they realized that I had such a huge weight loss. They finally hooked me up to a Zofran  pump . But I ended up switching doctors around 7 months because they didn’t listen to me when I told them that I felt like I was going to die . I was misdiagnosed and told I had a respiratory infection. My mother mad me go else where and they immediately put me in icu turned out I had a blood clot in my lung and would have died if we didn’t get a second opinion.  Always trust your gut.

Mine has not tested my urine or made any comments about my weight loss. I didn't loose an huge amount of weight, just like 3kg. I also don't know anyone who's OBGYN has tested their urine while pregnant, only maybe when there was something else going on. But definitely not every appointment!
Ask your OB of you are concerned.
