Why arent I pregnant yet ?

I've been trying almost a year and they're always negative , I want a baby so bad 😭😭😭 just one jesus 💙🤞 why is it so hard to get pregnant , I'm 23 , I'm within my weight range , I take vitamins , and I'm healthy , what's wrong with me ???? I'm wishing August and September full of baby joy for the women who have BEEN trying 😍😍💙🤞 congrats and good luck ladies 🖤 .

I was in the same boat when to a fertility clinic found out I had a polyop that was preventing implantation. Got that removed and got pregnant next cycle. If your close to a year I would see if they will let you schedule your appointment now because it took me a few months to get in and you can always cancel if you don’t end up needing it.
