QUESTION!!!!! I notcied my baby girl arm is keeps flopping around. I googled it and some websites points to autism. And now I’m completely worried. Has anyone experienced this and is this normal?

This looks normal. I have worked with infants. I would keep the thought in mind for the next few years. But keep it in the back of your mind.

It looks like she’s just figuring out how to use her arms. Baby’s learn their bodies as they grow older. When she is 12 months, they will do an Autism screening as part of her well child visit. At this point, she’s too young to say “yes she’s on the spectrum” or “no, she’s perfect” but I would express any concerns to her pediatrician and they will definitely comfort you about this topic. Hang in there! She’s beautiful!
