Periods

So I had protected sex withdrawal and took plan b. I got a period a week later then another one the next week. The second period was a little heavier and more cramping. What I want to know is having two periods or even just one safe to say a period means not pregnant? Plus the triple protection.

(I know I prob didn’t need the pill but I get paranoid sometimes)
