Silly question but need advice : what size clothing should i buy ??

My baby girl turns 1 year old next week
She’s running below average for height and weight . She can still fit 9month clothing comfortably.
My question is what size would be safe to purchase her for fall/winter??
12 months or 18months ? Thanks

Honestly I’d purchase a little of both.

I would buy as needed.  Buy 12 month when she starts growing out of the 9 month and  18 month when she starts growing out if the 12 month.  For outerwear, Id buy 18 months because its better too big then too small and might last her the whole season.

Honestly it depends on the brand and the fit. My son is 15 months old and he still fits some 9-12m, 12m and 18m size clothes.

My babe is the same. I got mainly 18 month, even though she is in 9 month now because it will be loose. But it will fit until spring

If she can fit a 9 month still, then yes, 12 months would be better.

My daughter will be 18 months on the 24th and she still wears 12 month clothing. However for cooler weather I’m going to buy her 18 month clothing.
