What helped you conceive?

Ladies I need some advice to help boost conceiving after this cycle is over. What helped you conceive? Really hoping this will be my month 🙏🏽 my cycle will be over on the 18th. Any advice would be greatly appreciate 💕

I’m 9 weeks after being off birth control for 16 months . 
Do you wana no what I did different? I drank caffeine loads of it , I drank alcohol on nights out and smoked and I had loads of nights out with the girls . I booked a holiday to Ibiza with the girls . 
I said f*** it ... 
I ended up going to Ibiza with the girls but I spent it soba :) 
Months and months I drank decafe and only drank on special occasions. When I decide to give up and have fun it happened . I know how annoying that sounds !!! I even stopped taking folic acid and bam I’m pregnant!!!!!! 
Obviously back to the healthy life now :)

I used ovulation tests and basal body tempting to confirm ovulation, I also used conceive plus which I think helped to, good luck 💕

Honestly I just let my husband take control of the bedroom time and just lived my life like a crazy 21 yo for a while and I think it worked lol we’ve been TTC for 6 months and this last one we took a vacation and relaxed... I really think that helps. ... also having sex like everyday helps buuut that’s exhausting lol
