So I have been on 100mg of clomid and this is my second month of it. Went in on cycle day 16 had a follicle at 16.9mm took Pregnyl 10,000 injection: now two weeks later past shot I have seriously sore breasts which is a first but now starting to cramp and think I have my first period on my “own” without provera. My question is I just had a progesterone leave long and it was a 0.44 very low and last month it was a 0.20. How can I tell I ovulated? I mean this is first cycle I’m trying to have on my own: I should have ovulated if I’m trying to have a period right? How long are you suppose to wait to check progesterone? Did I wait to late after when you’re suppose to ovulate? Just so lost 🤦🏻‍♀️
