My son has never been interested in potty training, so we haven’t pushed him. He turned 3 in June and we decided to potty train over the summer because otherwise he may never decide that he’s ready. 😂 He gets mini chocolate chips for going pee (and only if his underwear is dry) and he got to pick out his own special candy reward for going poops. He picked out Dum Dum lollipops and boy does he make them last! One little Dum Dum can keep him for 45 minutes or longer. Interestingly, his poop schedule has changed so that they mostly occur during his last potty break before nap or bedtime and then he gets to stay up to eat his lollipop. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Master manipulator, this one.
