Getting healthy
So we found out we were expecting about 3 days ago which we are super excited about.
But I am currently over weight and my BMI is 29, is anyone else trying to get healthy while pregnant ?
I’ve been doing a pregnancy thing work out everyday ( so far)
And walking 10,000 steps.
I was very active with my first and she was so health and it made my labour quick so I’m hoping it will work again second time round
