Anyone else got haemorrhoids post delivery?

I never had any problems during my pregnancy but when I had a look in the mirror at my episiotomy wound I noticed I had a haemorrhoid. My baby was 9lbs 9oz. I have had a look again and I don't see the haemorrhoid anymore but I'm so sore going to the toilet and bleed. The pain is internally and aches for about an hour after bowels opening. Will this get better on its own?

I had them externally. I just used Walmart brand hemorrhoids cream. It burned a little at first, but they went away with the first use. It comes with an applicator for internal hemorrhoids as well.

Could be an internal hemorrhoid, try anusol ointment or see what your Dr. Suggets

Ask your doctor to help with relief. I had hemorrhoids PP and was prescribes some anti inflammatory salve. Stool softeners will also help. My midwife had me take 2 a day and this helped a lot.

Try milk of magnesia. It has helped me a lot keeping my stool soft.
