I still have a week until my period is due but the cramping I had today is gone, my breasts dont hurt anymore. I just feel out and bummed 😫

Progesterone can drop at any time. If it does, it can prevent implantation from being successful since progesterone is what keeps the uterine lining thick for implantation. Typically if it does drop, you can have spotting a few days before AF. A lot of times, it’s mistaken as implantation bleeding because it looks a lot like it.
