So I had my first prenatal visit yesterday, at 9 weeks. I was so excited to see my little bean, but it turns out the baby only measures 6 weeks. The yolk sac however measures the 9 weeks that I expected. There was no heartbeat. Dr is not hopeful that this will be a viable pregnancy but told me to come back in a week for another ultrasound if I have not miscarried in the meantime. I am devastated, obviously, and its hard to just...wait. Anyone else had this happen/have any advice? I know the sensible thing is just to accept it, but its so hard when I am still nauseous, still have terrible indigestion and bloating and I still FEEL pregnant. Ugh. Just waiting. Anyways, I will quit rambling now.
