Sexual 7 year old?! Please help!

Question

I recently caught my step daughter playing with herself on my couch. Didn't think much of it. I just explained to her that it's something you do in private. 
Well, caught her today playing with her 3 year old sister. I don't know how to approach this. Can someone please help? I don't know where she learned this, or when. We only have her every other weekend.

She has learned it or seen it somewhere or possibly someone is doing it to her. I just feel 7 is waay to young to be touching others inappropriately that away. I would start in the home shes in the most cause something isnt right. That's something cps could eventually be in if she does that to Lane child. I would talk with her calmly and ask her were she seen it or if anyone has touched her inappropriately just to cover basis. Prayers hun

You need to have a stern talk with her about why it’s inappropriate and let her know to stop. Maybe keep an eye on them, don’t leave them alone together until you can figure out what’s causing it. My sister used to mess with me when I was little, but it ended up being she was being molested. I was too, by the same uncle, but neither of us ever came forward and she took it a step further with me. Therapy is very helpful, if that is the case. I truly, truly hope it is not. But I do suggest talking to her in private, don’t make her feel embarrassed, and make sure there’s nothing else going on with her.

Typically, children who are victims of sexual abuse, have the potential to act it out on younger siblings. While masturbation is very normal at her age, it isn’t normal or ok to do it on younger siblings or even older siblings. 
She needs to understand thar she isn’t allowed to touch anyone else’s penis or vagina. There might be something sexual going on that you, her father and her mother aren’t aware of. It has to be addressed immediately. You also have to keep a close eye on her when she’s around her siblings. 
She might also need therapy and family counseling.

Whoa, that’s definitely not normal. I think the masturbation probably is - I figured all that out really early, was never molested or abused in any way, but I NEVER would have touched a sibling! 😳 I would definitely talk very simply with her and try to find out where she learned it, why she does it, why she touched her sister, explain how inappropriate it is to touch someone else.... I truly hope that it’s nothing bad, just an overly curious 7yo.
