Eruptured cysts...

Not sure where to post this but. This morning I was in the ER for a eruptured cyst on my right ovary and I was discharged with pain medication. The problem is, I still have sever pain it's mainly on my left side though (which doesn't make sense because it happened on the right) but I also have pain throughout my whole lower abdomen. Naproxen didn't help with pain and it's very swollen and very tender. Is this all normal with a cyst or is this something totally different? I have never had a cyst before so I don't know anything about it.
