Hunger induced nausea
Is anybody else eating more than they usually do just to keep the hunger induced nausea at bay? I'm only 6 weeks and a few days and I'm eating like crazy and have gained a few lbs. I get so scared for the nausea. I usually eat really healthy and workout 4 days a week. This weight gain is scaring me since they say you should only gain a pound or so in first trimester, not to mention I have to tie a bandana around my face to even enter the kitchen. I can't eat meats, veggies or just about anything healthy. Living off of carbs and blad foods, anybody else experience this and how to maintain weight in first trimester?
